General Terms and Conditions
1. Please arrive promptly for your allocated departure time. This will allow the instructor time to discuss your requirements and to adequately brief the participant. The aircraft will wait for you but your enjoyment time might be limited due to the arrival of the next clients. However, please do not try to enter the building more than 15 minutes prior to your booking as a previous participant might be at a crucial stage of their flight!! Your “flight” will begin approximately 15 minutes after the session start time and will last for the period booked (i.e. 60, 90, 120 mins). This will allow time for both a pre-flight briefing and post-flight debriefing by your instructor. As a rough guide a 60 minute experience may last up to 90 minutes, a 90 minute experience up to 120 minutes etc.
2. NO food or drink is allowed in the flightdeck; however, you may bring non-alcoholic refreshments to the terminal and cabin. Tea and coffee are available.
3. All experiences must be paid for in advance.
4. Your Captain on the day reserves the right to prevent flight deck access to anyone in the party be that the participant or a guest for Health & Safety reasons.
5. Although we recommend that clients are 8 years of age or older the ergonomics of our simulator mean that it is not suitable for persons less than 135 cms (53 inches) in height. Any client under the age of 18, at the time of the experience, must be accompanied by an adult.
6. We believe our simulator is suitable for all, however, to ensure the best possible experience for the client we kindly request that we are notified, in advance, if a client is classified as neurodivergent.
7. Anyone appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol before or during their flight will be asked to leave the premises.
8. Direct bookings may be cancelled within 48 hours of the booking being made and will receive a full refund (minus 2.5% credit card fee, where applicable). Cancellations after this period, or within 24 hours of the planned experience, will incur loss of full payment.
9. Direct booking date and/or time changes can be requested at any time however, due to instructor allocation, requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience are likely to incur additional charges.
10. Vouchers MUST be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase.
11. Vouchers may be cancelled, prior to redemption, up to 7 days from the purchase date – a full refund (minus 2.5% credit card fee, where applicable) will be made to the same card used for purchase.
12. Voucher experience date and/or time changes can be requested at any time however, due to instructor allocation, requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience are likely to incur additional charges.
13. By leaving feedback including images, we will assume you are willing to allow us the use of such images for marketing and on our website unless you state otherwise.
